SHIPPING POLICY

In Store Purchase.

These are purchases made at our physical location.

Client is able to view items, feel texture and fit items.

Client then proceeds to pay for items that are to their liking in all aspects of the client’s preferences.

Given the client has the opportunity to scrutinize items wholly, sales made under this module are final.

We do not accept returns/exchanges for items purchased under this module.

 

Out of Store Purchases

 Within Nairobi

Cash on Delivery

We ship items within Nairobi via our personalized delivery services.

We strive to give a similar to in store experience.

Items are delivered with  possible options in line with the client’s tastes & preferences.

 Time is allotted for the client to fit items & choose what suits them in all aspects of their preferences.

Payment is on Delivery, on choosing.

Please ensure you are present during delivery in order to effectively fit items and pick what fits best.

Given the client is given the opportunity and ample time to view, feel texture & fit items, sales made under this module are FINAL.

We do not accept returns/exchanges for items purchased under this module.

Nairobi Environs

Cash on Order

We deliver to the further outskirts of Nairobi which includes;Ruiru,Thika,Syokimau,Mlolongo,Kitengela ,Athi River,Ngong’ Town,Kiambu,Kikuyu,Athi River etc. via parceling services majorly, Wells Fargo/G4S/Pick up Mtaani.

Wells Fargo/G4s provide door step delivery.

We also use bus courier according to client’s preferences.

This module is used where our personalized delivery services charges/rider fees are too steep for aforementioned locations.

Client pays for the items they would like to order before they are dispatched.

Upon receipt of full payment, items are sent to the client’s given address via their courier of choice and a receipt confirmation of the same is sent to them.

Returns/Exchange policy for this module falls under Cash on Order Purchases.

Outside Nairobi & it’s Environs/Cash on Order Purchases

Items are delivered via client’s preferred choice of courier countrywide.

Standard rates apply.

Upon receipt of full payment, items are sent to client’s given address and a receipt confirmation of the same is sent to them.

Returns/Exchange policy for items purchased under this module fall under cash on order basis return policy.

 

Within East Africa
Items are delivered via Nation Courier to client’s given address.

Standard rates apply.

Upon receipt of full payment, items are sent to client’s given address and a receipt confirmation of the same is sent to them.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please read carefully our return/exchange policy before purchase. Kindly note by purchasing customer is seen to have UNEIQUIVOCALLY accepted our returns/exchange policy.

Items are delivered on client request via our personalized delivery services.

Client is given time to view, feel texture, fit items & wholly scrutinize items before purchase as terms are payment on delivery on choosing.

Sales made under this ,module are FINAL.

We do not accept returns/exchanges of items purchased under this module.

Cash on Order Basis.

Items are delivered countrywide via the client's preferred choice of courier.  

For items purchased under this module, client does not get the opportunity to view, feel texture or fit items before purchasing.

For items purchased under this module, we will work with client to ascertain appropriate fit & style for the client, in order to get it right the first time. In the unfortunate circumstance we do not, we allow returns/exchanges for reasons qualified in our return policy.

We will communicate with the client on return to ascertain the clients needs & work together for up to one exchange to ensure client is happy & content.

We appreciate the trust the client gives us while purchasing under this module,We'll in turn handle client's preferences with utmost care & diligence.

Policy

We have an existing NO CASH REFUND policy. We however, allow exchanges under the strict guidance of our return policy.

​

Items returned must be NEW, in original condition, un-worn, tags in place, no make up stains, no sweat stains or odor whatsoever ,no signs of wash or wear. Item must not be defective or damaged. MUST be in excellent, sell-able condition.

We will not accept damaged items.

we will not also send items in any such condition.

If the item qualifies suitable for exchange, we will proceed to exchange the item.

Returns/exchanges must be effected WITHIN 3 DAYS OF PURCHASE and store NOTIFIED immediately upon receipt of intention to exchange for reasons LIMITED to;

1)Wrong sizing.

Client can exchange items for reason of wrong sizing for either a smaller or larger fit of EXACT item purchased.

Store must be notified immediately upon receipt of wrong sizing.

2)Item defect

We do our best to avoid sending defective items. In the unfortunate circumstance of this occurrence, client may exchange product. Store should be notified of defect, immediately upon receipt. Item will be inspected for rightful defect and exchange given of exact item in good condition.

Where defect is found to be less than rightful, Store reserves the right to refuse return.

3)Sold out Item

Client may exchange item. If item ordered is sold out & will not be restocked.

4) Wrong Item shipped

Client may exchange item wrongfully shipped for rightful items ordered. Client should notify store immediately upon receipt of error. All costs in lieu of exchange will be borne by the store.

All costs in lieu of exchange are borne solely by the client, except instances where the store has errored, in which case costs will be born by the store.

​

Returns/Exchanges are not allowed for items released after date of purchase. New releases can only be purchased and not items of exchange. 

​

Returns/exchange policy will be executed WITHOUT FAIL AS IS,devoid of emotions,bias or favoritism to ensure professionalism and cordial relations.
